Deals! Deals! Deals!

Most junk mail that comes through my door gets a quick scan and gets tossed.  However, one little item caught my eye.  I found it in our local Clipper Magazine and it is AWESOME!!

So, what is it that caught my eye?!  Well, there is a local spa here in Orange County, NY called C'est La Vie and it is the place I love to go for a fabulous massage, facial or salon services.  In this Clipper Magazine, C'est La Vie Spa was being advertised under a third-party vendor called Double Take Deals.  Well, I went to their site and, to my extreme delight, found an offer stating that for $49.00 you get $100 worth of spa treatments!   My first reaction was one of skepticism.  Investigating whether this was a legit offer, I called C'est La Vie and was told YES! YES! YES!  Needless to say I purchased myself some spa time!!

Here's how it works.  Go to http://doubletakedeals.com/ .  Once there, choose what city you are from or choose your location from the banner that runs across the top.  What you will find on the site is a listing of their current deals on an assortment of restaurants, services and events. Choose the deal that you want and the quanitity (I purchased five!! ) and pay by credit card.  Print out your certificate and bring it with you when you go to your event.  That's it!   Now, there is small print so read it!  In my case (and I think in most cases) tip is not included and there is an expiration dated a year from your purchase (I can do five massages in a year...EASY!).
