Shanghai Cucumbers a la P.F. Changs

On the rare occasion that I am in the vicinity of a P.F. Changs at dinner time, guess where I'm going...P.F. Changs!  One of my favorite sides they serve is their Shanghai Cucumbers. My modus oparandi when at any restaurant is to analyze and duplicate any dish that is super yummy.  This is one of the simplest to duplicate with equally delicious, healthy results.

Shanghai Cucumbers
A La P.F. Changs

1 Asian Cucumber
1/2 cup of low sodium soy sauce
1/8 cup sesame oil
1 Tbls White Sesame Seeds
1 Tbls. Black Sesame Seeds

Wash, slice and dice the cucumbers.  In a separate bowl combine soy sauce and sesame oil.  Pour over cucumbers and sprinkle with both black and white sesame seeds.
