Steak Marinade

This photo could make one believe (or maybe not) that I have concocted some sort of odd beverage.  Well, I have, in a way, except one thing does not 'chase' the other.

The concoction is that of a great steak marinade.
Here's the ratio 1:1:1  (oooohhhh...make a wish!)

1 shot of whiskey
1 shot of balsamic vinegar
1 shot of worcestershire sauce

Whisk it up good and let your steaks marinate in it for a few hours, then grill to your preference.  Makes enough marinade for two steaks.

I paired this very yummy steak with grilled brussel sprouts that I seasoned with freshly ground pink Himalayan sea salt, freshly ground pepper then tossed with a splash or two of extra virgin olive oil.

Simple and oh so delicious!!
