Thanksgiving Panini

Since my brother dropped off a new panini maker, I have been testing it's panini making skills.  Yes, it does a yummy job of it.  The latest concoction was a Thanksgiving panini.  It was good but I believe would have been better with turkey off the bone as opposed to deli turkey.  You know what that means?!  I'll have to try it again! Yessssss!!

Thanksgiving Panini

2 slices of italian loaf bread
5 slices of deli turkey (as I said, next time I'm trying 'real' turkey)
1 tablespoon of cranberry sauce
2 tablespoons of baked sweet potato
2 tablespoons of turkey gravy
a few leaves of fresh spinach

Put a slice of bread down, put all the other stuff in the middle, add the other slice of bread on top.
Put it in the panini press until your preferred doneness.
