Who Doesn't Love Shoes!?!!!

And they say 'diamonds are a girls best friend'. Hmmmph!   I beg to differ!   I once saw a movie that absolutely defines the desire for a nice shoe collection.  A partial quote from Toni Collette's character in the movie 'In Her Shoes' :   '...shoes always fit'

Yup, that's how I define my shoe fancy.  They always fit, even if my waistline increases a little, decreases a little, my shoes are the one constant.  But that's not the only reason; there are many.  Bottom line is....I LOVE SHOES!

Here's how I created my shoe storage.  I have five stacked shoe storage holders purchased, probably at Home Depot (I don't quite remember).  Above that I have two 4 foot pieces of crown molding, where the tops sit away from the wall and where my heels slide above and behind the molding, holding them in place. The molding solution doesn't work well with short heels and is very easy to install.

It would be great to have the whole closet for this one purpose, but I do need a place for my clothes and I can't kick my hubby's stuff out.  Oh well, it'll have to do!  ;-)
