Salmon Sushi

I love sushi, in particular salmon sushi.  Since I am always looking for cost effective ways to get what I'm looking for, I decided to give the art of sushi making a go.  The first and most important thing you need to know if you want to make sushi is that you need a sushi grade fish.   I had not been successful in finding sushi grade in the supermarkets so had to go online to find what I was looking for.  Enter 'Catalina Offshore Products' at  http://www.catalinaop.com . They have great and delicious fish selections.  If you want to give sushi making a try, Catalina Offshore is a great starting point.  The accompanying rice can be found in most grocery stores.  Just follow the package directions.
