Cloud Nine Martini

Cloud Nine Martini
serves 2 


6 oz. Godiva White Chocolate liqueur
2 oz. Pinnacle whipped cream vodka
Red sugar rim

Rim your glass with a fun sugar (I used my cookie-making sugar from the baking isle).  Pour your sugar onto a small plate. Moisten the rim of your martini glass with water (use your finger) and turn it upside down onto the plate of sugar.

For the actual martini...

Fill your shaker 1/2 with ice...add Godiva and Pinnacle.  Shake 20 seconds, then carefully strain into your rimmed glass, not disturbing the sugared rim.

Ah...delicious...like being on cloud nine
